1½ cups chopped mushrooms
½ cup cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt to taste
Breadcrumbs (as needed)
Instructions:
Sauté the Mushrooms:
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for about 2 minutes until they release some of their moisture.Mix It Up:
Transfer the mushrooms to a bowl. Add cream cheese, egg, salt, and parsley. Mix well until combined.Add Breadcrumbs:
Gradually add breadcrumbs just enough to help you shape the mixture into small balls or bites.Air Fry:
Place the bites in a preheated air fryer at 400°F (200°C) and cook for 5 minutes until lightly golden.Cool & Serve:
